Service Description
You are booking a consultation session of Laser Tattoo Removal. If you have not had Laser Tattoo removal on the tattoo in question before and you would like to discuss your options then please book this session at Onyx Walsall. This is a free service that we provide in order to discuss with you your laser tattoo removal needs. This service is available from aged 18 and upwards. We require Government issued Photographic ID such as Driving Licence or Passport. If you have already filled out a consent form you will not need to bring your ID. Cancellation Policy
Please note we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for the following: An appointment that is cancelled with less than 3 hours notice An appointment that is not attended/client does not show An appointment where the client is 10 or more minutes late An appointment that can not go ahead because client and/or parent can not provide the correct ID We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
