2. We only pierce with sterile one use needles, and in a clean environment. This causes far less trauma and greatly reduces the chance of infection, in comparison to studios that use piercing guns (non-sterile). 3. All of the jewellery we stock here at Onyx meets the requirements set by the Association of Professional Piercers. This means that it has been proven to be suitable for implantation and long term wear in the body. All jewellery will go through a sterilisation process (Statim Sterilizer) to ensure its body safe.

4. We stock a wide range of stunning body jewellery from brands such as NeoMetal, BVLA, Anatometal, Industrial Strength, Bodygems, Junipurr, and LeRoi.. Each of our brands offer quality body safe jewellery, so you can be assured it is made to last.

5. We include plain titanium jewellery in the price of your piercing, & if you decide to choose something a little fancier that costing will be factored into the final price.

6. We are a fully inclusive LGBTQ+ friendly studio and don't discriminate against anyone.

Our Requirements for Lobe Piercings, for both children & adults:

1. The client must consent themselves to wanting to have their piercing.

2. The client must be aged 6 and upwards.

3. If the client is under the age of 16 they are able to get pierced with a Parent or Guardian's permission.

4. The Parent or Guardian will need to bring Photographic ID for themselves (Passport or Driving Licence) and a Birth Certificate or Passport for the minor (aged 6 or above) being pierced. In case of legal guardianship, paperwork proving guardianship must be provided.

As long as these requirements are met and consent has been given both verbally and filled out in our consent form, we will be happy to proceed with the single Lobe Piercing or double 2x Lobe Piercings. Please note the client has the right to change their mind to the piercing and at all times their consent is needed.
